Fala galera... Estou com um probleminha, não sei se é no Xbox One ou no Controle.

Tipo, do nada o meu controle para de funcionar, tipo ele continua aparentemente sincronizado (com a luz acesa) mas mexo nos botões e não da nada, e so volta a funcionar quando eu desligo completamente o console e ligo de novo... Tem vezes que assim que abro
um jogo ele para de funcionar... Tipo estou usando pelo cabo USB. Quando para de funcionar ja tentei colocar pilhas e ele aparentemente sincroniza, ai eu aperto alguns botões e não funciona, quando da o problema eu ja tentei ligar outro controle,mas da a mesma
coisa. A unica coisa que funciona, ante de eu desligar completamente o console e voltar a ligar, é o aplicativo do Xbox, com ele funciona de boa pra eu poder mexer nos menus e tal, mas ocontrole não. Lembrando que o controle e o xbox não ta pedindo atualização.

Hey guys ... I have a little problem, I don't know if it's on Xbox One or Control.

Like, out of nowhere my control stops working, like it still seems to be in sync (with the light on) but I move the buttons and nothing, and only works when I completely turn off the console and turn it on again.
Sometimes as soon as I open a game it stops working ... Like I'm using the USB cable.
When it stops working I tried to put batteries and it apparently synchronizes, then I press some buttons and it does not work, when the problem I tried to turn on another control, but the same thing.
The only thing that works, before I completely turn off the console and reconnect, is the Xbox app, with it works well so I can move the menus and such, but not control.
Remembering that the control and xbox are not asking for update.

Hey there IsacSilva13,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to hopefully troubleshoot and resolve this problem you're experiencing with your console. I can totally understand how this could be pretty concerning/confusing.

If this is affecting your ability to even use other controllers, then it could indeed mean that there could be something that up with your console. Are you able to even use the directional pad when you are attempting to move through your console?

I would like to suggest what we call a soft factory reset of the console if possible in your situation. It's a factory reset that cleans out your console, reinstalls the current version of the dashboard,
doesn't uninstall any of your games/apps and in general is a great troubleshooting step for most problems.

If you have made sure that your network is set up appropriately (with an open NAT type) and that you have all the sign-in information for any important gamertags you have on your console, try the steps outlined in our How
to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and select the option denoted in reset and keep my games & apps.

When you get the chance, try that and let us know if that helped any.

Did you plug it into USB to make sure you don't need an update? Could you test with another control?

A viable solution would be hard reset.

Eu tive que mudar meus canais WiFi dos roteadores nas bandas de 2,4 e 5GHz

Também notei que os telefones celulares fazem com que meus controladores se desconectem. Então, quando jogo, tento manter o telefone o mais longe possível
