Controle desconectando sozinho[Control disconnecting alone]

Olá!!

Comprei um controle adicional para o meu console Xbox one S e quando tento jogar com ele, ele fica desconectando sozinho. Tento reconectá-lo e ele volta a desconectar em questão de instantes. Por favor, me ajudem pois paguei caro pelo controle.

Controller disconnection issues

You are definitely not alone, it has to be a console issue as all my controller disconnect simultaneously.

 

Xbox One - Controle desconectando com muito frequência.

A mais ou menos 1 mês, estou enfrentando um aborrecimento imenso. Meus controles ficam desconectando e fica logo do xbox piscando no controle com muita frequência. Já não sei mais o que fazer alguém pode me ajudar?

Thanks for your post. If a controller is constantly disconnecting, try
power-cycling the console to refresh the Xbox One. If the issue persists try replacing the batteries for the controller. Also, check out this article:

Substituir como baterias, tentei reconectá-lo, mas o problema persiste. Ligo o controle para jogar (Sem fio), e a conexão fica caindo, não sei o motivo e estou desesperado por ajuda.

Sorry to hear this is happening buddy. Have you had this happen before with any other controllers, or have you tried to use any other controller with your Xbox?

Since most steps were performed to troubleshoot we suggest (if it hasn't already been done) a reset of the console
since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset(while keeping games and apps)
Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
  
  
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
manual setup.
