Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Xbox One console's image being distorted. To troubleshoot this swap the HDMI Cable you are using then, unplug your console from the power, then unplugging the HDMI cable from your
television and try using a different HDMI Port. If the issue persists on another HDMI port, you may want to try another TV.

If the issue is not resolved after these steps, your console's HDMI port may be damaged. If this is the case, your console must be
repaired.

The issues that you're describing sound like they're coming from within the game / the game developer's servers.

One thing that you can try if you haven't done so already, is try uninstalling / reinstalling the game.
