    J'ai essayé d'appeler le support mais il est fermé.

    Sur divers forum il existe un code de réinitialisons.

    I'm sorry, but I'm not quite sure I understand your response. What is the error when you try to reset the code online? Please explain with more detail why you cannot reset the code.

    The method I posted is the only way to reset a parental control passcode online. The only other way would be to wait until tomorrow and try contacting Xbox support in your region again when they are open. https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    You can reset the parental controls on an Xbox 360 online from
    Microsoft Device Support    . Here is how:

    Note You must meet the following criteria to be able to reset your pass code online:

    • Your Microsoft account must be an adult account.
    • The console must be registered in your name.
    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account at
      Devices      .
    2. Locate your registered Xbox 360 console.
    3. Select More actions, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your pass code.
