Sorry for the issue with losing parent controls with loss of internet connection. This is normal also same with home console. Only way to remedy this is to make sure the connection is stable. To do this reboot your network hardware once in a while Internet
service providers provide updates to their hardware and sometimes they require a reboot. But the ISP doesn't inform you on this. Also some internet interruptions are normal as there are peak times and may get disconnected from time to time. If the children
are disabling the network by going offline, you will have to monitor that as there is no setting to block the children from going into network settings.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your console safe for your kids.

It is true that this is common if you have spotty internet connection, however I would say that it might be a good idea to create a passkey for your children's accounts individually and set them to be asked for at sign in. That way, in order for them to
play on their accounts, they would need to enter this PIN that you could keep for yourself.

You can do this by following the steps outlined in
Create an Xbox One passkey to make one, and then
Require a passkey for purchases on your Xbox One console on how to customize when it's asked for.

Prueba la conexión a Xbox Live

Si no puedes conectarte a Xbox Live, el primer paso que debes realizar es ejecutar la prueba de conexión de red en la consola Xbox One para averiguar cuál es la causa del problema:

1. Pulsa el botón Xbox para abrir la guía.
2. Selecciona Configuración.
3. Selecciona Toda la configuración.
4. Selecciona Red.
5. Selecciona Configuración de red. Todas las interrupciones conocidas aparecerán en el centro de la pantalla.
6. En la parte derecha de la pantalla Configuración de red, selecciona Probar conexión de red.

Si la prueba de conexión se realiza correctamente, la consola se conectará a Xbox Live.

Los de Microsoft neta que son muy lentos y para cuando liberen una solución, ya será 2012 o puden intentar lo que yo hice de después de bajar la actualización, simplemente borre la cache de la consola y por arte de magia se terminaron todos los problemas
de conexión a Xbox Live.
