Is Microsoft monitoring its employees, or are they just mad dogs drunk with the smell of blood and impunity?

I'm talking about the employees of Bethezda and ZeniMax, which have now become part of Microsoft.

A gamer is an investor, first of all. When I buy a Microsoft product, I invest large amounts of money in Microsoft. And when I write anything about the game I bought on its Official Forum, I want to get answers from adults, and not a kick in the face from trolls, which for some reason no one punishes there. Moreover, first you are insulted by trolls, and then your publication is destroyed by "Moderators", and your account is banned.

As a result, we see that there is no honest and frank discussion and "feedback" between the creator of the game and the player. No respect. Society, human community, exchange of thoughts have been destroyed.

The same thing happens in the MMO game. You are being bullied by some people in the MMO game ESO, and when you try to defend yourself, you get banned in the game, allegedly due to "violations of the Rules".

It all looks very bad. This is not only the persecution of dissidents, but also an attempt to destroy them, at least at the level of their existence on the Internet or in the game.

I would like to hear an official answer from Microsoft. Do they fully support the actions of their secret police, these death squads, or is this "the fault of the individual officer"?

Isn't it time for me to start using Linux on my home computer and install games on it?

I will buy games from game creators whose reputation does not raise questions for me.

    :)

This is just one problem that I have reported. There are many of them. For example, there is a problem in Windows 10. I checked Task Manager and Services. Even my non-professional view of programming saw there processes that are generally junk (harmful and useless). I want to say that problems in Windows OS do not get resolved over time. Vice versa. Windows 10 contains more harmful user tracking processes than Windows 7. I will post this separately.

    1. you aint getting a response from Microsoft here, this is jut a public forum where gamers help gamers.

    2. moving to Linux is also in my plans, but choosing where to get games if the company follows all values will leave little games to play.

    Challenging Punitive Account Action

    Hey there -

For any information concerning Enforcement actions taken against your account, you'll want to head over to the
Xbox Live Enforcement site. We do not have any information on their behalf nor are we able to assist or speculate further.

    Thanks for understanding.

Xbox Live Ambassadors Program an Code Enforcement

If you experience toxic behavior from another player, repot and block them. Enforcement will do their jobs to ensure the correct actions are taken.

Unfortunately no on here on the forums can help with enforcement, other than giving you some advice, and pointing you in the correct direction.

Ambassadors have no control over enforcement actions, or anything that involves another players account. We aren't Microsoft employees. We are just a group of community volunteers with the knowledge of all things Xbox, and want to help the community in the
    best way we can.

Ice is right on here. Calling Microsoft Support will be of no assistance to you, as they have no jurisdiction over punitive action. Use the tools provided to you via the console and also the game (if said option exists).
