Discus and support control one in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; my Xbox one's control does not connect to my pc with bluetooth 4.1, the pc is updated as well as the control via the Xbox accessories app. what do I do...     Xbox one controller

    So I went on the repair page for replacing my broken xbox controller and on one of the steps it gives me an option to choose a replacement controller. Theres 4 options xbox one controller, xbox one controller 3.55mm, xbox one controller 3.55mm v2 black
    and xbox one controller 3.55mm v2 white. Are the v2 controllers the latest ones.

    The One S controller is a little different than the regular One controller, but you can use a One controller on a One S.

    Controllers tend to be linked to an account on the xbox, if both controllers are linked to the main account then both controllers are attempting to control this account at once. Try unlinking one of the controllers in the settings or linking one of the other
    controllers to a different account on the xbox (if there is one).

    I have an array of controllers and my controller of choice is usually my elite one controller which is a fantastic controller, although if im streaming I use my black controller that came with my one x as the elite one controller doesn't have Bluetooth.

    Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.
