Control issues in the app xcloud, but running perfectly in the web browser

Why would I request a repair for my controller? It works perfectly fine for all but xCloud. This issue is specific to xCloud.

it seems to only affect the Microsoft Edge Browser Xbox Cloud Gaming, when i use the PC Xbox App, it seems to save, but it keeps disconecting due to my internet, so i use the browser which for me is faster and doesnt lag as much as the app does, and this issue happens to every game on the web version of xcloud

Yes there is no issue with xcloud but there is some issue the app, both pc and mobile, with how the mobile app and how the service handles the data packets. I sit next to the router with my mobile device and it still doesn't work. Are there any specific ports that should be forwarded on the router? Xcloud streaming on the mobile and in the gamepass pc app have similar issues even though my pc is hardwired, the only way I have been able to play it is through a web browser on my pc.

I’m playing on my web browser through xcloud gaming I’m not sure if I can do that. Is there a solution for people playing on xcloud?

But you don't use any code in your phone to run Xcloud games, it's like streaming a video, as Xcloud runs trough the browser
