control is shutting down all the time

For more than a week, my controls are shutting down every minute even after; update, change batteries, play with cable...

This is really stressful.

Does anyone know how to solve please ?!

So.... I've tried this also and nothing. But I'll try use warranty.

Have you taken a look at the Troubleshoot issues with an Xbox Wireless Controller support page?

Also it is worth asking are you a member of the Xbox Insider System Update previews? You would have signed up via the Xbox
Insider Hub app if you are not sure.

yes, i took out the batteries and the problem remained.

Try connect the controller to a different divice and check if it's the same problem. If nothing has changed and it's still shuts down randomly, I suggest you to use your warranty and return the controller for repairs.

When you're playing with the cable, have you removed the batteries inside the controller? When you have done that, is the problem still on? I had the same problem, it was the connection with batteries fault.
