una ves dentro del menu accesorios en la parte inferior te muestra 3 opciones. seleccion la opcion 3, la que parece un matraz de fondo plano con algo de liquido.

Ese menu es el modo prueba, ahi podras verificar si todos los botones funcionan correctamente.

Hola !. En la parte superior del control del lado izquierdo hay un botón pequeño con tres ondas como estas ))) y presionalo. En la parte izquierda del xbox arriba de donde se conecta el cable usb hay un boton con la misma figura ))) presionalo. tienes que
presionar el boton de la consola y el boton del control. Espero te sirva!
