Continuous "prove you are not a robot" check fail

I'm trying to add my xbox one gamertag on my brother console (xbox one S).

I start with adding the account: putting the Microsoft email, then the correct password in the next screen, and at this point I get a "prove you are not a robot" check, where I have to put the correct letters. I do, but each single
time it fails and I cannot proceed.

How can I solve this?

Harmonix continues to prove and show why they are the masters of the rhythm/music genre. And like always, Guitar Hero continues to fail and make an impact in the rhythm/music genre like Rock Band does with every main entry.

I just don't understand why its 10 questions aswell? Even 3 would be annoying. Xbox will never succeed on PC unless they start addressing peoples issues. People have been complaining about this capcha for years with the amount of posts I see about it on here. The Xbox app has tons of issues like verifying files straight up does nothing.

I really want Xbox to do well but when I am constantly coming across barriers that ruin my experience with the platform it does push you towards just buying games at full price on steam knowing you won't have these issues.

Seriously if this company fails its gonna be from not taking onboard peoples feedback.
