Continuation to "Why Does My Game Keep Crashing????!!!" from March 15, 20019. Please help.

Thank you for keeping us updated. What happens if you disconnect the console from the internet, Launch the game, and then go back online? Does the game crash, or can you continue playing?

You could try an
offline update instead. This will update the console offline. Sometimes updates glitch or become corrupt. This will be next step if the factory reset doesn't work.

is your console set to Instant-On if so please try to set it to Energy-Safe mode to see if that makes any difference.

It will fully turn off each time when powered down, so boot time will be a bit longer, but it's good to know if it helps (or not)

Another thing to try would be to try a factory reset (with keeping games and apps installed) to see if that helps anything.

It sounds like it could be a connection issue, I've had the same problem with some games and had to end up reinstalling the games. But more and likely what's causing it is there might be a file that is corrupt that's making the game force crash.

yeah , ive already set mine to energy-saving a while back before the problem even started. but i suppose i could maybe try to do another factory reset & see if it helps this time.
