Content purchase not recognized

    I recently purchased some content from the Xbox store and it doesn't reflect on my live rewards account ... I also placed an order for a new console does that purchase count towards my live rewards as well?

    Not credited for purchases towards Yolo Rewards

    Hello Jaded,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have found the issue with this purchase, and are deploying a fix. You should see this purchase recognized in a few days. Since the purchase was not yet recognized, it was not possible for achievements to begin tracking.

    Hi!

    Probably the additional content is not recognized. Try deleting your profile from the console and re-download it again.

    Content purchase not recognized

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
    There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware.

    Thanks for that answer ... I did purchase hardware but my first purchase was avatar attire, 2 warrior costumes or such, spending $5 or more as it states on the site ... It said something about earning up to 2000 points for completing that and it didn't recognize,
    I'm considering purchasing For Honor as well for another task but I'm hesitant that I will not receive credit for that purchase either, and I am a 3 star level or higher at this time. Thanks again for the response to the hardware

    It can take about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after you make a purchase. So if it's been longer than that for the warrior offer, then you'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you.

    It can take about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after you make a purchase. So if it's been longer than that for the warrior offer, then you'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you.

    backward compatibility question

    In order to use the currency from your account to purchase 360 content, you would have to make the purchase from a 360 console. The Xbox One will not recognize it as a valid payment method for 360 content.
