Returning Players on PlayStation®4 and Xbox One must have previously completed the “Prologue” mission on PlayStation®3 or Xbox 360 and played while connected to the PlayStation®Network or Xbox Live respectively. PC players can have completed the “Prologue”
mission on any console platform.

A Rockstar Games Social Club account is required in order to unlock this content on PlayStation®4, Xbox One or PC. Your Social Club account also needs to be linked to the PlayStation®Network or Xbox Live account used when previously playing the game. If
your accounts are not already linked, you can do so by logging on to
socialclub.rockstargames.com/settings/linkedaccounts.

The ability to access exclusive content requires a linked Social Club account and a connection to the PlayStation®Network (for PS4), Xbox Live (for Xbox One) or Social Club (PC). Players will be able to unlock the Grand Theft Auto Online-specific content
by completing various Story Mode and GTA Online objectives. Grand Theft Auto V Story Mode-specific content unlocks at various points throughout the game, beginning as soon as “Franklin and Lamar” is completed. Some items are tied to completing specific missions;
others are simply available in the world for you to discover.

This what it said on Rockstar Website but look the online it has Imponte Dukes online and it's not fair how I get it?

How Is Game.co.uk These Days For Pre-Orders? Delivery Wise

For £52 you'd be better off waiting for the next-gen version which will be graphically improved and perhaps with new exclusive content (maybe for PS4 only).

That's my guess, a few of those EA games could be timed exclusive for the XBOne and most of them will make limited use of the kinnect too.
