    Can anyone tell me how you contact these guys?, every time I try to chat to an agent an error comes up in the chat box and tells me to try again later, this has been happening all week now, I chatted to an agent last sunday (07/01) regarding not being able
    to download this months free gold game Tomb raider underworld, I was told the issue would be passed on to the game technicians and would be emailed by this agent within 24-48 hours well not heard anything at all, and in a couple of days that game will become
    unavailable to download free, so anyone any suggestions please.

    I think you should either contact microsoft or even the police depending on how serious these threats are. You should also just block him already but still that depends on the situation. If he's only threatening to get your account banned then you're lucky, just contact microsoft but if he goes any further then you should tell somebody.

    Perhaps this is a stupid question, but if somebody from Microsoft suggested that you try contacting EA,
    did you try contacting EA? They are the publisher and may have some fixes (hell, they may even have enough licensing to patch it).
