Contacting live support

I a wondering why I am sitting for over an hour for support, virtual contact fix it, the error code is untraceable, but yet, unable to contact via chat or receive a phone call. Unexceptable

Can you cancel digital pre-orders?

yeah just contact microsoft customer support. You can speak to them via live chat.

This is either caused by your account not matching the region you're physically located in, or the chat service not being available. Are you able to use the phone option?

If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.

Select the "Contact Us" button
Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

Heyy I have and issue, its seems that when i bought a membership it said that i had a error. i did the instruction told me to do but still isnt resolved. i would appreciated if someone were to Help fix this issue thank you

Call them back and tell them it's not there, I just checked for you, it offers, Ambassador chat or twitter, or call back etc, no email.
