Contacting a lawyer

Ever since I have purchased Forza 3 I have had nothing but problems with staying connected online. Xbox support and supervisors have had me jumping through hoops to fix my problem of online play. Im out of pocket a few hundred dollars doing what I was suggested
to do. Upgrades from rotors to a fiber connection to switching to IPV6. Im still being disconnected every few mins when I try and play this game. Now that I have went and spent all this money on there (Xbox support) suggestions Im still having the same problem.
I contacted support 6x since I have done all there recommendations and both times I was told I will be contacted by Xbox to further investigate this problem. My 1st time I was told Im a priority and will be contacted. 2 weeks past and no contact. Again I contacted
Xbox and was told exactly the same thing as if support was reading it from a manual. 2 weeks have gone by again and still no contact. I have to contactsupport and go through there same questionsand get the same reply. Its been 1 year and 6 days now and Im
done.. If anyone here reading this is having the same problem please contact me. Xbox is not going to contact you or help you, but they will lie to you. They will tell you what you want to hear, your a priorityand on top of the list. That's a promise. I want
my money back and time for the MONTHS I've spent talking to and being put on hold ( 1 hr 22mins on hold on 1 call ) and all the money I've spent on there recommendations. Everything from trading my disk for a digital download to upgrading my connection. I
have a lawyer. If your having this SAME problem please contact me. Im sure this post will be deleted for its content.

The best part was the guy saying he will be contacting his lawyer in the morning. Lmao!

If you're very serious about making this into something that gets developed probably contact your lawyer to make sure no one steals your IP
