contact us didnt get in game currency wont get a refund

This is the form to complete if you would like to obtain a refund for your digital dlc. Once you have put in your request, make sure to just keep replying to the same email that the Microsoft agent will contact you through.

No one looks at how many times you can get offered a refund for something microsoft didnt provide. I bought a game package for 10.70 and never got it in game. Theyre is a bug that wont allow me to buy in game items and that it just started to happen.
They wont refund me.

You can try asking for a refund by following the steps HERE but as a rule they tend not to refund purchases of in game currency & if they do the chances are you wont get a full refund,only a partial one.

I have another question on the topic of a refunding situation i reqested to refund these 12.99 online currency things i bought em and the characters were expensive for basically just a skin and after they accepted one refund and denied the other so i shouldve
kept one of the characters or some of the virtaul characters...... NO i got -340 virtual currency in brawlhalla and i didnt get the refund so i spent 12.99 for no reason and i have to spend another 12.99 to balance my virtual currency

If you have tried to get a refund and was successful and not got it. You can
contact us they can help go over if the refund was successful and let you know if any issues. If you pre ordered with Microsoft currency you get charged right away. If you pre-ordered with a credit/debit card you get charged 10 days before release of the
game.
