If I may ask, may I know what have you done so far on fixing the issue?

For us to further isolate the case, kindly update your billing information/address on the account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > address book.

NOTE: Make sure that your billing information from your card and your account is exactly matched.

Try to use a different browser and device such as a mobile phone, laptop, or Windows PC.

Also, use a different network such as mobile data or different ISPs just in case.

If it still doesn't work, use a different payment method by adding it to account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option.

Sorry to hear it. If support are unable to assist then you should contact your bank to find out if there are any blocks on the card. In the meantime, if you haven't done so already you should look into setting up a paypal account for your purchases.

But if I remove my payment, what about my xbox live gold subscription ? If the problem is buying something, i won't be able to buy it again and i won't be able to play.

Even if i can buy my subscription, i will have to pay it again ?
