Hello Dalton,

According to the Lost Account solution, Xbox Supportcannot
provide your email address and/or password associated with your account, even if you know the gamertag.

Assuming you had your account set up as an adult and with no family attached to the account, I would highly recommend starting to login to any old emails that you have and look for any Xbox related messages in those accounts ("Xbox Live or Microsoft Billing").
It will be a lot of trial and error, but from my understanding you will need that email address in order to recover your account.
