    Hello All,

    I imagine I know the answer to this already, however figured I'd ask anyhow.

    I have an old XBL friend that I haven't heard from for forever, they haven't been on playing anything. That being said I really wanted to maintain contact with them, and am trying to find them to see how they are doing.

    My question is, is anybody aware of any legitimate means to find contact information from someone on your friends list (ie. email address)?

    I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

    The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

    You need to use the same email address and password that you used on your gametag. Your WLID account can be found under your profile on the dashboard. Check that information and see if it lines up.

    Also why is it always the ISP's fault and not XBL... because XBL are perfect. I know right XBL never make mistakes or have problems

    and why am i queuing it for him you ask.... well because he is my friend... friends help each other out.
