Contact for talk about an enforcement

I would like to talk with an agent about temporary banish.

I would like to explain to him the situation. I tried the enforcement but i had no reply :/

incorrect ban

how can i talk to them without a case review?

Sorry but the enforcement team does not monitor this site. This also sounds like a game specific ban so you would need to contact Activision who operates the system for this game and talk with them about the ban.

 

The only way to contact the enforcement team about your suspension is to use the Case Review on https://enforcement.xbox.com

This makes sure that the comment you have about your suspension is properly matched to the suspension in the enforcement database, and that the team member from the Enforcement team can immediately see the history of the suspension with the evidence that
led to that suspension.

There is no other way to contact the enforcement team.

How Much time i can hope a reply ?

 

Depending on the complexity of the case and the reason you gave for ending the suspension and how many other case reviews the team has to process, it can take 2 working days. So if you submitted the review on Friday, you might get a reply later today or on
Tuesday.
