Contact Enforcement team when 'Case Review' option is greyed out

As the topic, I would like to speak to someone about a communication ban my son has been issued, but the Case Review option is greyed out.

Any suggestions?

Yeah,as Sandy said,if it's greyed out then it's most likely a 24 hour suspension.

A email should of been sent to the address linked to the account telling you how long the suspension is & what for.

The reason you can file for a case review for 24 hour suspensions is because by the time the enforcement team carry out their review the suspension would be over.

I'm afraid a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

That suggests the ban is 24hours, so no appeal available as by the time the appeal is dealt with, the ban will be over.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and a case review is the only way to contact them. If there is no option for a case review, all you can do is wait out the suspension.

Since there's no option for a case review, all you can do is wait it out. There is no other way to contact the enforcement team regarding it.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. The only way to contact enforcement is via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com. As these are 24hr suspensions there is no case review option unfortunately.
