    Constantly lagging out on Warzone


    Whenever I play Warzone I keep repeatedly lagging out of the game and my game crashes taking me back to the main menu. It happens often during games and every single time when I leave a game. My wifi is fine that’s been checked, I’m connected via Ethernet as well so there should be no connection issues. Can someone please help?

    Under current network status it says “all services are available”, I’ve done my speed and statistics and everything is fine

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with Warzone.

    Would you mind giving this a try?

    - Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

    - Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 - 5 minutes. (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

    - I'd suggest doing the same with your network device.

    - Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

    If that doesn't work, please answer the following questions so I have a better understanding of your situation.

    • May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

    • Do you get any error codes/messages when this happens?

    • Besides Warzone, are you experiencing this with any other game?

    • Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console? if you do, is Warzone installed on them?

    • Have you already tried something to fix this? if you have, may I ask what you've tried so far?

    I'm sorry to hear that.

    Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings > and tell me what you see under "Current network status"?

    If possible, please run a network speed and statistics test as well.

    Hi,

    I’ve just tried the soft reset of my console and also re downloaded the game onto my console and it’s still crashing. It tends to happen whenever I back out of a game and when scrolling through the game tabs. My clips on my console also aren’t recording properly, they all have a sad face on them
