Constant xbox one problems

    Constant xbox one problems


    Does anyone else constantly have problems with their xbox one? Cant add new account to game share because i keep getting error codes and continueously getting kicked off the wifi. Xbox support just tells me to restart it but that does nothing. Ive even
    rebooted the whole xbox and still nothing has changed. My xbox doesnt even have 8 hours worth of playing time on it. Feeling like i need a refund!

    A host of problems from connectivity to time reference to consistent power card end times. When are you folks going to get serious about the bugs?

    im about ready to get rid of my live account and ditch my xbox this problem is wasting my gold membership... im fed up with the constant problems my xbox has and im ready to just switch to my ps3.. plz tell me im not the only one with this problem

    Constant xbox one problems

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    Hi there,

    if you haven't yet also try to see if this happens with the console being connected to internet via a wire (so not via wifi)

    Also be sure to try and reboot the modem/router too to see if that helps anything. Since it could be a network related issue.

    If you are sure it's not a network related issue and a power cycle like mentioned doesn't help then please try performing a Factory Reset (with keeping games and apps installed)

    About 3 weeks ago I decided to upgrade from the base model xbox one to the one x because I knew it was supposed to be more powerful. However since about 2 weeks ago I've had nothing but problems with the console. It randomly turns off, it doesn't turn on
    sometimes, games don't run at the frame rate they're supposed to, I have constant crashes and when I try to reboot the xbox it doesn't turn back on. Also sometimes the xbox will "power on" as in the light comes on but nothing appears on my TV and it just shuts
    off about a minute later, controller is also unable to turn on xbox. I am very frustrated considering how much money this console cost and it won't work for more than a week. I have tried the following:

    - Power cycle

    - Reset xbox

    - Plugged it into multiple different outlets

    - Attempted to restart it over and over again

    - Attempted different HDMI ports

    At this point I'm just over it and I need help with this issue, I could get a refund but the reason I bought this is because I actually wanted to use it so what is wrong with it.
