    Constant WIFI drops/not connecting on Xbox One X


    At my wits end here. Internet is fine, Router is fine, no issues, other devices can connect to WIFI yet every single time I turn on y Xbox it states "connect to Xbox Live" which I try to do, but, it can see my Wireless network name but simply can not connect
    to it. I have done a hard reset, all the other things to try to get it to work, but it still wont connect.

    Faulty WIFI internal card in the Xbox? It's the only thing I can think of, yet here and there it connects all ok.

    How many other devices connect via WiFi?

    Have you tried using a wired connection for the XBox? Preferred and superior to WiFi.

    I used to connect my xbox wirelessly, hard wired is the way to go for speed. But if you can’t hard wire it.... it does sound like something internal has failed. Try a hard wire connect & see what happens.

    Hello DJ!

    I see you are trying to connect via wifi on the console. Are you able to connect via ethernet (RJ45)?

    If not, have you ran the "test network connection" in network settings on the console?

    Connect your Xbox to Wired connection this is more stable and wired connection is recommend.
