Constant problems with Xbox one X

About 3 weeks ago I decided to upgrade from the base model xbox one to the one x because I knew it was supposed to be more powerful. However since about 2 weeks ago I've had nothing but problems with the console. It randomly turns off, it doesn't turn on
sometimes, games don't run at the frame rate they're supposed to, I have constant crashes and when I try to reboot the xbox it doesn't turn back on. Also sometimes the xbox will "power on" as in the light comes on but nothing appears on my TV and it just shuts
off about a minute later, controller is also unable to turn on xbox. I am very frustrated considering how much money this console cost and it won't work for more than a week. I have tried the following:

- Power cycle

- Reset xbox

- Plugged it into multiple different outlets

- Attempted to restart it over and over again

- Attempted different HDMI ports

At this point I'm just over it and I need help with this issue, I could get a refund but the reason I bought this is because I actually wanted to use it so what is wrong with it.

Unfortunately there is no way to manage my output. It is all 'auto' based on Mixer.

Im wondering if my xbox one (not S or X) is the problem? Is it not made to handle streaming at a constant 1080 or even 720 output?

Same issues here, own both ps4 and xbox one, my ps4 works perfectly 98% of the time, my xbox one works perfectly less than 5% of the time, and all the same issues plus a few others. Right there with ya brutha!!!!!

Could you try changing the powermode from Instant on to Powersaving ? This usually fixes some common problems
