    Constant logging in to Xbox Live


    I have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription and I wanted to play some games from the collection. Unfortunately, I cannot use Xbox app and either play games downloaded from Microsoft Store, because all the time Xbox Live window pops up and asks me to log in
    to the service. When I input my (correct) credentials, window pops up again, and again, making playing impossible. What is the issue?

    Hi Uncle.Sneep,

    sorry to hear. So if at your "setting/account/your info" is the new email - the store app should work!? If so, there a maybe some old settings in your registry of the XBOX Apps. Normally to delete and reinstall all the XBOX Apps should help to solve this
    problem. (Please after deinstall the Xbox APPs you have also to reset the store - to force the system to redownload). And please check after the setup again if there are updates pending - via
    Windows update and also the Store App!!

    But sometimes the network needs time to update the new data on all servers!!!

    So looks like ive fixed it.. at least for now..

    The whole issue started after I changed my primary alias email for my microsoft account to a different email address, because im moving soon and wont have access to the current email...

    It appears to be related to that, because after troubleshooting with microsoft for about 2 hours, and even going so far as to reinstall windows thinking that my win10 profile was corrupted, I still couldnt get the xbox pc app to log me in properly with my
    xbox live account.

    As a test i went back into my microsoft account and reverted the primary email to the one i had previously, and when i launched the Xbox app, it instantly loaded my account information, and i had full access. Im glad its working, but am concerned about
    when I move and no longer have access to that email address. I REALLY would like to be able to log in with my new email being my primary alias.. but for now ill manage until I have enough patience for another round of chatting with microsoft.

    I have the same issue. I changed my primary email address today. then restarted my computer. now when i try to log into xbox app on pc, it keeps prompting me to log in after it said i successfully did so. I have no option to play any games, and no

    sorry to hear. Here some advice to solve your Problem:

    • Is your system really uptodate (please check Windows update and also the Store App).
    • Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager).
    • Try "AppDiagnostic" to repair the Store.
    • If you still connected via wireless - please try a RJ45 cable!
    • Try to use another DNS (for example goggle/opendns)
    • Reset your Modem & Router by switching OFF and ON
    • Please try to install this games via the store. If this does not work try it via the xbox webside.
