    Constant dropped packets to ESO server(s) at 198.20.200.1 from Southern California


    This is the 3rd night I cannot play ESO. Performance is usually bad but now I'm getting kicked from the game to desktop (on Xbox Series X) saying no server connection and I see constant dropped packets to 198.20.200.1 on a Windows PC. I can ping anything else on the public internet and I get no dropped packets. I am on hardwired half-gig fiber internet and still having problems. Is this due to the free play event on ESO? I don't know how to get help from Microsoft or ZOS on this issue. I've paid many many hundreds of dollars on this game and cannot play it. HELP!
