    All solutions have been tried in old post but still having the same issues. Is there a fix for this issue yet?

    Sony will not allow you to change the connected MS account from the first one that was connected. This is their policy and MS has no control over it. You need to ask them to change it.

    Hi there. This is a known issue and has been brought to the attention of the official microsoft support team. The problem has been authenticated and forwarded to the appropriate team. Action is being taken to fix the problem as stated in this thread.

    Suggestions to temporarily fix this problem until a solution is found:

    Turn on your wireless headset while on the dashboard before starting a game, and or party.

    Make sure your headset is fully charged every day before use to avoid random disconnects due to battery loss.

    Disconnect your wireless headset while on the dashboard.
