Constant 0x89235106, Microsoft store is not working

I have the same problem. Games won't load on Xbox App (Error code: 0x89235106). Microsoft Store won't load (Error Code: 0x80131500). Epic Store App is not connecting. I've tried resetting, repairing, and reinstalling. Nothing worked. I'm very much connected to the internet. Those three apps are the ones seeming having problems.

May I know if you already tried downloading the minecraft launcher app using the Xbox app in your PC?
If you try downloading a different app or game, are you receiving the same error code or not at all?
If you go to Minecraft.net/download and try installing the launcher from there. It works as expected or are you getting an error?

i have already mentioned i am using windows 11 and its updated to the latest version but that is of no use i have reinstalled xbox app checked my firewall reinstalled gamins services app so many times tried all the methods i could find on the youtube still nothing i guess you are my last hope 😢
