    Hello,

    my xbox one fails to update at startup and throws error code 8B050037.

    This error code is not listed on the online list of error codes.

    Basically I cannot play anything, what can I do ?

    How to update xbox360 profile without internet connection

    Hi,

    is it possible to update a xbox360 profile ( used with a xbox360 consolle not connected with internet ) in order to update the infos shown in this web site ?

    I can copy the profile used on the consolle on a USB key, but then i don't know how to use thet profile in order to update info in this web site...

    Can i update the infos only with a consolle connected to internet? say me no, please...

    Kicked out from live and can't reconnect

    Playing MW3 online. Was kicked out from live. Have internetconnection, restarted router and consolle. Still can't connect to live, but have connection to internet.

    Consolle won't update and go online

    Hi there,

    1. please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    2. reboot your network related hardware and wait until all is up and running again

    3. Power the console on again to see if that fixed anything

    If that didn't fix anything then try the following steps:

    1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    2. Wait 30 seconds.
    3. Plug the power cord back in.
    4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.
    5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. Note If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.
    7. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
    8. This should show a menu with the option to factory reset the console, if it does not please try the steps again
    9. Factory reset the console via the menu (with keeping games and apps installed)

    If that also fails the best thing to do is to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) to see if they have any other steps to try, keep in mind that if they can't fix it too, then the only option left would be to set up a repair request
    (Xbox Support is able to assist with that too or you can do it online)

    I have the same issue. Left my console on overnight and it still won't update or sync with my account. I can look at them on other consoles or the web page but can't load/update them on my console.
    try changing your console to offline and then go online again, it updated the messages for me. All settings, network, bottom box on left

    If you get achievements offline, you won't "recieve" them until you connect online. and console updates and title updates.

    Hi! I'm afraid that once you go online the xbox will detect updates and so won't be possible to use non updated games offline.
