    Console xbox one x se desynchronise


    Bonjour, j ai acheter une xbox one x neuve en decembre 2019. Moins d un mois apres, la console se desynchronise sans arret ave. La manette. Ce qui est des plus agacant, notament lors des parties en reseaux. Je contacte donc le service microsoft, qui me demande
    d envoyer ma console a leur SAV a francfort, Allemagne. 2 semaines plus ****, ( je vous passent les probleme avec UPS etc...) Je recois donc ma console , reparer , selon vos methodes. Moins d un mois apres, ma console refait exactement le meme soucis !!! Microsoft
    me demande donc , a nouveau, de leurs envoyer ma console.... Quelle garantie j ai, que ma console NEUVE vas marcher cOrrectement ? Donc je me retrouve avec un console de moins de 4 mois, qui aurras deja fais 2 aller retout en SAV, sans dedomagement ni aucun
    geste commerciale.je trouve cela vraiment regrettable de la part de Microsoft. Je suis donc tres mecontent du service et de la marque, et je comprends mieux pourquoi sony est devant. Ce qui est sur, c es que ma prochaine console ne serras pas Microsoft, BRAVO

    Je ne compte pas être privé encore au minimum 2 semaines de console.

    Donc je vais me résigner a garder ma console "neuve " en PANNE ...

    vous ne me proposez même pas de dédommagement ou autre...

    Je vous assure que je n achèterais plus jamais de produit MICROSOFT désormais, et j en parlerais a mon entourage .

    cette panne es connu depuis 2015, et vous n avez apparemment toujours pas trouver de solution , la preuve, mime après être passer dans votre atelier en SAV, ma console est toujours défectueuse. HONTEUX

    Bonjour , et merci pour votre réponse. J ai bien efféctué les manipulations, mais le probléme persiste.... Je crois que la seule solution et de vous renvoyer ma console, j ai l etiquette de retour prete, mais je doit attendre la fin du confinement pour vous
    l expedier a nouveaux.

    Sorry to hear it. If the controller is not syncing properly with the console then please try holding the Sync buttons on both the console and the controller at the same time for at least 60 seconds.

    If that does not work then try a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

    Another thing I can suggest would be to sync your controller with your account so that when you turn it on it automatically signs in your account. See if that helps

    You have an Xbox One X then, since Series consoles didn't exist in 2019, and that's what the SE console was.
