Console was banned and I don't know why.

Hi there, I would just like to know how my console was banned. I know there was an issue in the past with a suspension due to an offensive word used. From then, I followed the suspension as it was said that it was temporary. Furthermore I was then able to
continue using the console and my account after the suspension and did not break the code of conduct to my knowledge.

Apparently the account suspension was in June 2017 and the ban was in July I believe. I've spoken to chat support and they have said that the console ban was not linked to my account. I really would like a little bit more information on this and perhaps
some help to lift the ban as I only play with close friends and rarely speak to strangers. My offense was a lash of anger but I understood the consequences after receiving punishment. I've signed into the enforcement pages but I can no longer submit a case
review since I thought everything was fine but ended up not being able to use my console in November 2017.

TL;DR

Console and possibly my account has been banned. I want more information on it. Can't submit a case review because I thought the punishment was over. Would like to find a way to unban or at least speak to enforcement in more detail.

Don't know why I was banned

Any information about the ban would be listed on the enforcement site. The enforcement site does not give specifics.

Suspension length can vary depending on the severity of the situation as well as any previous enforcement actions on an account. So it may not have been terrible, but if you've had previous enforcement actions then that is why it is a longer suspension.

Don't know why I was banned

This seems like a permanent suspension. An account suspension completely blocks the affected account from being able to sign in to the Xbox Live service for the duration of the suspension. Account suspensions are issued for a specified duration, often of
1, 7, or 14 days, though egregious or repeated violations can result in a permanent suspension.

Are there any other accounts on your console?

If it's a permanent console ban then that's it,it can not be appealed & will not be unbanned.

generally the report system is now being used by other players as a tool to get back at players that they cant win against, i received a communication ban on my account 2 days ago after a few days playing only competitive games, the harassment ban will be
ending at a different time to your original suspension so you just have to wait until its over becasue the appeal system for the enforcement team is a joke and nothing ever gets overturned even if you can prove otherwise

Its till year 9999, so will I just be unbanned at some point, doesn't seem like a ban appeal review would be very helpful
