Console update doesnt appear

I have tried to update my console via settings many times. I know there is an update because the other 4 consoles in my house's home screen look different. I get no error codes it just doesn't appear as needing an update

It has been around a month. 3 of the 4 consoles mentioned are the same model bought on the same date as each other and mine.

Hello give it some time maybe its not pushed through to that console yet. Check what version that console has and when it was last updated also.

No I'm afraid not. Its not that it doesn't start the update. Its when I go into settings>updates it checks for updates but its says "no console update available.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. I suggest trying a

factory reset of the console. When you get the chance, give that shot, it should update to the current version of the dashboard.
