Console takes its time to turn on.

I am need of help and it's it of a doozy, everytime i go to turn on my xbox one, it would take 20-30min just to load, then it would go show the logo to show im going to the home dashboard then says there is a problem, i turn it off and unplug everything
leave for 10min and it does it again... Earlier today it was fine until it just froze, turned off and took a while to boot up, when i i turned it back on the first time it showed i on the dasboard but no display was showing on my tv. ive hard reset everything,
factory rest everything now it's showing me error code e102 00000c10 80070079 and it still wont go to the dashboard. What do i do?

Turning your Xbox on with Controller?

Not exactly relating to the original post, but sometimes I'd turn my controller on and it would turn my Xbox on right away, but take about 10 seconds for the controller to sync and show up as player 1 on the console. Battery strength, distance, and other
wireless interference all play a part in the amount of time it takes for the two to turn on. I'd recommend moving the console to have a clearer and closer line of sight if its becoming a problem, thats what I did and it seemed to help

After I turn my console off its takes a few mins to stop pulsing lol did on the 360 aswell

please see the steps for E102 on this trouble shooting page, it has all the steps to try regarding this error code:

For E102 the link will show steps on how to factory reset the console to see if that solves anything.

If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page.

When contacting Xbox Support use either the Phone option or the Microsoft Support Chat option on
