    I see that the Xbox One console opens WIFI hotspots like a router through my Windows 10 notebook and WIFI Analyzer software, varying the channel and frequency (2.4GHz or 5GHz), but when the frequency becomes 2.4GHz the connection with the remote I fell and this is still interfering with my internet access point at home.

    What do you mean it doesn't turn off your WiFi? And what channels are being changed, the ones from your network? Or your TV channels?

    I think it's a system update I turned of my WiFi then went in to my xbox system settings and turned off automatic updates then reconnected to the WiFi and I can now play again. Hope this helps
