    Console Streaming Feedback


    I finally got into the XCloud Steaming Beta, I just played a few matches of MKX on my Galaxy Note 10+. It's was as smooth as playing on the actual console, I wanted something with a lot of button input to see if it responds well. I am SHOCKED at how amazing it was. I also tried to steam that games from the cloud and it was not so good. It kept disconnecting on Rad. I did the opposite with this game selection and picked a smaller game with less going on and it was terrible, constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. End of review and time to just say how happy I am to be apart of this. I was just telling my wife how I think the Google Stadia is taking a bite too big for Google. This is so cool that I can do this. If there is any clarification needed please leave a comment I am more than happy to help. THANK YOU MICROSOFT!

    Disconnecting from xbox every 30 seconds

    Hello all,

    We are aware there some are users experiencing issues with Xbox streaming. The development team is investigating.

    As a work around, you should be able to hard reset your console. Hold the power button down for 5 seconds, turn it back on, and try streaming again.

    Update Preview Forums for the latest updates, and be sure to report your issues through the Feedback app on the console. Thanks for understanding! :)

    Yes to all three -
    Since you say your console is in the Insider Preview Program, it might be that a recent update caused that behavior.

    Please be sure to report that through the feedback/report a problem function of your Insider console.

    Right after you started Netflix, hold the Xbox button on the console to bring up the shutdown menu. If necessary use the PC with the remote streaming, if you can't see anything on your TV. Or restart the console and then file feedback.

    Be sure to include as much detail as possible, so the engineers can reproduce your steps: Tell them exactly how and in what order you switched HDMI cables from your streaming setup to the TV and how and when you restarted the console etc.

    Also provide the error code you mentioned earlier that you saw on your PC when you remotely controlled your console due to the blue screen on TV.

    If you have a second (non-Insider) console, try if the console does the same when you switch from your streaming setup to the TV with Netflix.

    Sorry to hear about the issue and I can definitely understand your frustration. We appreciate your feedback and in order to make sure that it gets seen by the proper folks, I recommend posting your feedback and suggestions on our Xbox
    Feedback     page. In the meantime, you should be able to stream the movies on your Xbox One that you had previously purchased on your Xbox 360. You can stream your videos from the Collection tab in the Xbox Video app.
