Are you on Xbox 360 ??? If its the case, you have to put the code for an app ( check this https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional (app password).

I have looked into both error codes and i have a set of steps for both errors try them below.

Error Code 8015190E -Try the steps below-

• Solution 1: Clear the system cache of the Xbox 360 console that you're using. Here's how:
  1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
     
  2. Select Storage or Memory.

1. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
   
2. Select Clear System Cache.

1. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

If you still experience the problem, try the next solution.

• Solution 2: Unblock your account. Here’s how:
  1. Go to the Microsoft account (formerly known as "Windows Live ID") sign-in page.
     
  2. Enter the email and password that you use for your Xbox Live account.
  3. If you see an email telling you that your Xbox Live account is blocked, follow the steps in the email to unblock it.
     
  Note You may be required to access the original email account that you used to set up your Xbox Live account, and also to reset the password for your Microsoft account.
  
  If you still experience the problem, try the next solution. Sign-in
  

• Solution 3: Wait 2 to 4 hours. There may be a problem with the Xbox Live servers. Wait 2 to 4 hours to log on to your Xbox Live account, and then try again.
  

Error Code 80151904 -Try the steps below-

Clear the system cache

Re-download your profile

1. 1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
   2. Select Download Profile.
      Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.
      
   3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live gamertag. If you don’t know your Microsoft account or password, see Find your
      Microsoft account or password.

Note “Microsoft account” is the new name for what used to be called “Windows Live ID.” It’s the email address and password you use to sign in to Microsoft services (including Xbox Live). Find
out more.

1. Enter your Microsoft account password.
   Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, the parent’s Microsoft account information is required to download the profile.
   
2. Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).
   Your profile will begin downloading. Once your profile is downloaded, you can choose whether or not you want to require your Microsoft account password to sign in to your profile.
   

Reset your Xbox 360 console

To reset your Xbox 360 console, follow these steps:

1. Press the Guide button, and then select Turn Off Console.
2. Turn on your Xbox 360 console.

Note If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, you can turn on the console by using the Guide button on the controller.
