Console selections and action unresponsive

Discus and support Console selections and action unresponsive in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; (I am not able to give this feedback via console...)     Console selections and action unresponsive


    (I am not able to give this feedback via console...) I had another console update this morning, after having one yesterday too, I am on the Delta profile I think. But today after the update the cursor is double jumping when in apps, and menus and the A button\action isn't responsive to most of the selections. The issue being it wouldn't allow me to report the issue via my console as normal, it just bought a message up saying 'collecting informtaion' then refreshed rather than give me the option to type the issue I was experiencing. I have restarted the console and still it happened, so restarting again.

    -The one provided with the console.

    Have you tried switching between the party and game chat with the party app?

    Yes. Unresponsive upon selecting the option.

    Is this also happening when using Kinect for chat?

    Yes.

    If the power supply comes on but the console is unresponsive then it might be the interal power unit in the console. Does it act like it wamts to come on at all?

    Oh I have to do this every time this black screen appears. No other way to reset the unresponsive console.

    How to Remove Xbox device

    Go to "Your devices" in your Microsoft account online. Under your xbox console go to more actions and select remove xbox
