    Console scrolling to the left, can't get to settings to attempt reset


    Tonight my console scrolls to the left. It isn't the controller, it seems to be the actual console. We have tried 2 separate controllers and even a cell phone attempting to log in. The console is 5 months old and adult owned, it is the 1S all digital edition.
    I turned it off by holding the button in. I unplugged it for 5 min and plugged it back in. I cannot login to my account at this point and I cannot make it go to the right to get to the settings menu to do a reset. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hello, We are sorry for the problems you are having. Have you tried holding the power button for 10 seconds? It resets your console and it might help. If not you might have a controller problem.

    It has something to do with my tv and xbox connection. I switched the console to a different tv and it seems to be fine now. It's odd though bc it has been connected to the same tv with no problems since we got it? (TV is a new Samsung.)

    As I mentioned, I already tried holding the power button. Also...unless both of my controllers and my cell phone (which I am using to type this) all broke at the same time, it is the console. As I mentioned in the initial explanation...
