Console scrolling issue

Hello everyone. Having some issues with scrolling on my XB1, when I am in the main menu and try to scroll to the right, I can’t, same with trying to scroll down in the menu that leads to settings. I’ve tried multiple controllers and resetting the console and had no resolution. Has anyone had this happen to them before and found a solution? Thanks

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

I found the menu fine but can't fine an option to unsync/disconnect

- Select Settings.

- Select All Settings.

- Under Kinect & devices, select Devices & accessories.

Hi Jesse.

I’ve tried multiple controllers and resetting the console. I had to connect remotely from my pc to do it. This didn’t work
