    Console screenshots not uploading


    I started getting this error when I would check screenshots recently added.

    They are on the device memory and I get a notification that the upload to Xbox network is complete. However, the screenshots are showing up my library.

    I rebooted everything. Cleared cache. Issue persists.

    Screenshots are saved on console. But will not upload to Xbox network. Even thought I received a confirmation of upload complete.

    And I am not the only customer experiencing this issue.

    No at all, since yesterday there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, JasonManess.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements from Microsoft which means that we can just perform troubleshooting steps such as checking the Game clips on your Xbox network on the console and then restart your mobile device.

    Message saying "Failed to upload clip to xbox live/OneDrive"

    I have the same problem, sometimes screenshots automatically not upload and when you try to manually upload, notification pops (upload a screenshot on Xbox Live failed). At a later turn on the console, has been able to upload it.

    If you mean where to store your videos and screenshots. This is in the Upload Studio console. And you can download these videos and screenshots via xboxdvr.com.
    There you can register your MS / XBOX account and you will be able to find your uploaded videos and screenshots right there.
