    Console restart and lack of input registry


    I just restarted my console for a moment

    And now the controller inputs are completely inactive. They do nothing but jump back and for constantly, never allowing me to access my library. This controller was fine literally an hour ago. This console simply decided to break and no longer decide to work

    So my controller barely worked and when it did the movement options were barely registered. I couldn’t open games, I couldn’t open my library, I could barely open apps.

    This is the worst glitch I have ever experienced on this console. And it is annoying beyond understanding. I have turned it off and tried again yet it still didn’t work. The controller is fine. All I did was press restart console and now none of the inputs work.

    1. When did the problem start?
    2. Recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?
    3. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    4. Are your devices and system drivers updated to the latest version?

    These above questions would help us provide the necessary information to help find viable solution to help you with your case.

    And now every time I try to use my controller this stupid console doesn’t recognise the inputs and then drags my selection option straight across my screen to the right side. I’m actually so disappointed.

    This console that’s supposed to be the next Gen of gaming is completely playing up and being worse than a console from the 2010s. Actually so disappointing

    Changeing inputs restarts my input.

    If you go into the system settings and disable "Display Discovery" it may help because it will suppress the 360 for looking for a handshake over HDMI.
