    Console reporting incorrect free space to Xbox Game Pass apps


    So on the Xbox Game Pass apps im trying to install Star Wars the fallen order for the Weekly Xbox Game Pass Quest, which when i go to try and install it the apps (both beta and public) show my console at 343 of 365gb used, and when i go to click manage console no games show up as installed, however on the console side of things i did go in and uninstall some games to free up some space, and after rebooting both my phone and console im still getting this bug

    My main question here is do i report this on the console, on the game pass apps, or both?

    It sounds like you are having trouble installing games from the Xbox Game Pass on your D drive.

    Make sure that you have enough free space on your D drive to install the games.

    Check if there are any updates available for the Xbox Game Pass app and install them.

    Try resetting the Xbox Game Pass app:

    On your Xbox One console, go to "My games and apps"

    Navigate to the Xbox Game Pass app and press the "Menu" button on your controller.

    Select "Manage app" and then "Reset".

    Confirm the reset and try installing the game again.

    If none of the above steps help, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox Game Pass app. Make sure to select the D drive as the installation location when you reinstall it.

    Sorry, but you are incorrect. There are many ways to report foul and abusive behaviour.

    Yes you should submit a report via your console, but you can also contact Xbox Support about it.

    I have done previously after getting disgusting messages from children playing GTA 5.

    Xbox Support took a full report from me and passed it to the Enforcement Team to investigate.

    Have you already tried clearing the games reserved space from the saved data within the manage game settings?
    It would also be a good idea for you to report the problem threw the console having the issues with the report a problem tool. You can gain access to this tool by downloading the 'Xbox Insider Hub' app. Here's a link with more information on reporting problems
