    I'm about to send my Xbox One off for repair, it's the limited edition white version. If it turns out that I need a new console. Would I get the same version back?

    I had shipped my Halo 4 Edition console to your service center for repairs (bad ethernet port), the online service center up date says the Device Shipped Out. Now that was pretty damn fast, considering it was only delivered yesterday morning, but here is
    my real concern. WHAT CONSOLE ARE THEY SENDING ME?!?!? I promise to send back ANYTHING, that is not the same edition of what i sent. I specifically bought the Halo 4 Edition on release day (preorder to be exact) and i expect the same to be returned to me.
    no if, and's, or but's!! The only reason why i sent it to be repaired was because it was still under warranty and the Ethernet port crapped out. Can someone from MS, confirm what type of console was sent out?

    OR they sent you a repaired version of the same make/model so if you send in a halo 4 model you get a halo 4 model back, just not yours all you have to do is plug in your hard drive and cables and will be good to go, unless you sent your hard drive in with
    your damaged console (something that you should not do).

    I sent my Xbox One X in a perfect condition and they send me back a scratched console... I take care of my thing and I would have preferred to wait a few weeks to get back the one I sent. I am so disappointed that I will probably get rid of all my Xbox product.
    That kind of practice is unacceptable.

    Thanks a lot for your help, I have tried those options but apparently the service is not longer available for my console. Its a shame that I cant find support to my issue and have to look for a new device.

    I sent my Xbox One X in a perfect condition and they send me back a scratched console... I take care of my thing and I would have preferred to wait a few weeks to get back the one I sent. I am so disappointed that I will probably get rid of all my Xbox product.
    That kind of practice is unacceptable.

    Have you checked your spam folders on your email? The shipping labels are being sent to your email for you to print out.

    do you have your reference number for the repair? if so then get back in touch with support online and update the details that way, they you get an instant answer as opposed to waiting for emails being passed around people.
