meu console reinicia sozinho quando estou em um jogo e aperto o botão do meio xbox para ver dicas no YouTube. Quando volto no jogo simplesmente desliga tudo. Fiz teste em outros consoles e acontece a mesna coisa. Notei após a atualização de agosto do xbox
e da atualização do YouTube. É agora vai arrumar?

My Xbox one controller won't turn on the console after a few day without turning on the system

I cannot turn on my console from the controller or from he console itself unless I do a hard reboot.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue with your Console. If you have not already done this try and go through a Factory Reset And Keep all games & apps.

Just follow this article "Reset Xbox One To Factory Defaults" and follow Step 7 where it says Reset And keep games & apps

Have you tried using your Xbox without the Hard Drive? (meaning taking the hard drive out, and then turning it on) Tutorial on how to do this,

So basically what you are saying is that the hard drive that came with it is causing the problem, so it is a faulty product. Microsoft should have known this then if it is happening to so many people. Sometimes I try watching a show on Netflix and it will
restart and while it is restarting it restarts again. My Xbox is very close to being worthless and I am considering to going back to the original. The problem does not lie within the hard drive, it is the power supply. They came out with a quick fix, $149
system made in China, piece of garbage to make the shareholders happy. I, on the other hand, am very unhappy, I am on my second power supply, xbox and microsoft really *** up on this ONE. Hopefully they don't screw their customers on the Xbox One

I did a factory reset and set my options back to instant on and have not had the problem.

Sorry for the delay in my reply.

The issue still exists with the console. It seems about ever 3rd to 4th time I start the console is shuts down. I then restart the console at which time it reboots to the xbox home screen instead of going directly to television.
