Discus and support Console randomly shuts off. in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I dont know why but for some reason my console is randomly shutting off when I am playing games every now and then.     Console randomly shuts off.


    I dont know why but for some reason my console is randomly shutting off when I am playing games every now and then. I had it running for multiple hours and having no problems and suddenly it shuts off and I can immediately restart it.

    Can you expand a bit on this? If your console is taking an update, it shuts off randomly?

    Since you did factory reset and power cycle I have no other idea beside that is a some kind of hardware failure. So sorry. Like collegue said, I think that repair is the next step. If your Xbox is under year you must have a warranty. Go and fix it.
