Console Purchase Pilot

I am a member of the Xbox insider program, I received a message on the console that notified me I have a console reserved for me , instructed to select button at bottom of message labeled Xbox Series X and purchase console, I selected the button which took me to the MS Store on the console but the screen is blank and there is no way to purchase console. Has any one else experienced this problem?

Did you sign up for the Console Purchase Pilot through the Xbox Insider Hub like the article that you linked says to?

"If you’re interested in potentially buying an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S, you’ll need to hop into the Xbox Insider Hub and sign up for the Console Purchase Pilot through there. Good news if you signed up last time and weren’t selected: Microsoft says that you’ve already opted into this round and won’t need to do anything for the chance to be selected again."

Im having a similar issue. The caprice pilot I purchased through zune is there but nothing else. there should be an episode of voltron and some marvel stuff. the console says I own it but its not in xbox video.

As this is a community forum, we don't have any information on what Microsoft plans to do. Microsoft did have the Console Pilot Program which allowed Insiders only to purchase the console. There's been no word on if they'll do that again. Otherwise, the Microsoft Store has had them in stock on and off as well.
