Console plus the 3-month game pass

If you purchased a console that includes a Game Pass subscription, you should be able to find and claim the subscription in the following location:

Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox.

From there, you should be able to claim the subscription. Just make sure you are logged in with the correct account to which you want to link the subscription, as if you claim it with a different account, you won't be able to transfer it.

Yes. The Gold and Game Pass you already have will be converted to Ultimate plus the 3 months of Ultimate you purchase.

If you redeem the 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate is the one that will count, you wont have 3 months plus 14 days, but only the 3 months. This happens always when you have activated a trial and you put a non trial code (1 month and above)

so if i upgrade to the ultimate game pass today i have till day 2 plus 3 months?

It will upgrade what you currently have and extend it by 3 months. So if your Live were to expire 1 month from now and game pass expires 2 months from now, they would both be upgraded to Ultimate for 3 months plus the 3 months you purchase for £1
and you would have 6 months of Ultimate.
